The property owner was unable to sort out the installed systems in this newly-constructed property. Ventilation, heating and cooling systems did not function together. Ecopilot® was installed to over-modulate the existing system.

The property broke the trend from a rising curve to significantly declining energy consumption. The property’s systems now work together and utilise the building’s thermal inertia. Several energy saving measures have also been identified in the property and these can improve profitability further.
Energy classification
Huskvarna healthcare centre now has a C-classification in accordance with the European standard for energy efficient buildings. This corresponds to 75–100 per cent of the new construction requirement for premises. Without an Ecopilot® installation, Huskvarna healthcare centre would have a D-classification.
